Product Refund and Return policy

CanadaInk.com Warranties and Other Policies:
If you find a cartridge with the same brand name that is sold cheaper anywhere in Canada, we will refund the difference of your purchase price to you.
We guarantee all products to be 100% free from defect for one full  year from date of purchase. All re manufactured Inkjet cartridges are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you receive a cartridge not up to your satisfaction, we will replace it or refund your money no questions asked.

Return or Refund within first 30 days:
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee on any cartridge or refill kit that is defective, broken, damaged, or was shipped wrongly or for any other reason which you may have we offer three options if you are returning your cartridges or ink refill kits within 30 days of purchase:

1- Receive credit towards any future purchase.
2- Receive full credit to your credit card.
3- Receive replacement or other products in exchange.
please specify which option you would prefer at the time of return. Please read our complete return and refund policy.

Return policies:
If you're returning refill kit, you must return the unused portion of of the refill kits and all tools to our office. If you are returning ink cartridges, return the defective, broken, damaged, or the wrong product along with the packaging. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will then issue a refund. The cartridges and/or refill kits must be insured upon return.
If a customer receives a replacement and does not return the defective cartridge, the customer is responsible for it and will be charged for it.

Please note: If you ordered a wrong product and want to exchange it, you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways and 15% Restocking charge. Also the cartridges must be returned to us in it's original packaging and the cartridge unused.

- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA number, e-mail info@CanadaInk.com Please include you name, address, products returning, order number, and the reason for the return. The RMA number you receive must be clearly written on the return package. Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.

- We will not refund or exchange cartridges which have been used by more than 50% of their original ink level at the time of shipment.
-If a toner or an inkjet cartridge becomes defective after it has been used for 50% or more of it's capacity, the customer is responsible for 50% or more of the original cost at the time of purchase. If a replacement is required for a defective cartridge immediately and the customer will return the defective cartridge latter, we'll charge you for the new cartridge and credit you back when we receive the defective cartridge and determine it's problem and condition.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or exchange for any products that are not defective or purchase date exceeds 30 days.

Shipping Cost Refund Policy:
We only cover the cost of return shipping if our product is faulty and it's been sent back for exchange or refund. Any other cases the customer pays return shipping.
We will issue you a maximum of $10 credit to cover the shipping cost and we will not pay more if you choose to return the merchandise using an expensive method of shipping. Your credit (if applies) can be credited to your credit card or be used towards future purchases. We can not refund your credit card for more than your original purchase charges.
The shipper is responsible for loss of merchandise during shipping and insurance claims must be handled by the shipper.

Return or Refund after 30 days:
- All returns after the 30 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.
- There is no refund after 30 days of purchase, only exchange or replacement up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All shipments should be checked upon arrival and any issues must be immediately reported ie: cartridge
leaks in transit, missing items, physical damage and wrong items, within 30 days of receiving your order. Failing to do so will forfeit any claim in future and will not be covered under our warranty policy. 
We may refuse to issue a refund or exchange any products that are not defective or purchased more than 30 days ago.


Shipping cartridges back to us :
If we shipped you, defective, broken, damaged, or wrong product, we will issue you a $5 credit to cover the shipping cost which can be credited to your credit card or be used towards future purchases. We can't refund your credit card for more than your original purchase charges. We can't refund your credit card for more that your original purchase charges.
If you are returning merchandise after the initial 30 days and your reasons are other than above, then you are responsible for shipping charges.

The sender ( buyer, purchaser, customer) accepts responsibility for the returned merchandise. If a shipment is lost or damaged during and or after shipping it to us, the shipper is responsible NOT us.
We suggest insurance and or tracking numbers to be used to insure safety of the returned package.
